Food and Service
It is our intention to make sure that all of the restaurants we use meet a particular standard. In the unexpected event that you may have a complaint with the food or service, please take this up restaurant on the evening of the event - as we can not take any responsibility for this.
Ticket Refunds
In the event that you can not make a dinner event after booking - we are only able to provide a 50% refund up to 14 days before the event. We are happy to transfer your ticket to the following event before or after this timescale.
The planning of our events happen from two months before the dinner as we make every effort to provide quality events..
If we have to provide you with a refund this will be done within 14 days.
The Diners
Even though we endeavour to have an equal number of men and women on the night - there may be times when numbers vary - however we make every effort to make sure that everyone gets an opportunity to socialise and mix on the night. If we have too many of one sex, we may have to issue a refund (within 14 days) or place you on the priority list for the next event.
